and the most common feature among them is that they have planned a good corporate culture for
their office. Therefore, it can be stated that the value and vision of the company has been
established through corporate culture. The help of good corporate culture can develop the
standard of a company.
The companies are concentrating on the corporate culture, as all the fundamental features
of a company can be established through proper application of this. Further, it can be stated that
corporate culture is a useful source for the ethical consideration. The employees will learn to
