Creating Workplace Culture
The aspect of work culture is closely related to how all the factors that influence the work, are
improvised. It is dependent upon how the energies of the employees on the gratitude label having
inspired put forth by Graham Weston. The objective of getting a sustainable work culture is
dependent upon the work environment, passion of the employees is their work as well as the
intensity with which close get motivated towards their work by the own (Hodges, 2018). The
tendency is not only to render productivity traditional way but the hard work should be
accompanied by factors that can create strong plinth regarding disciplined practice of work. It is
been highlighted then there exist necessity of collaborative approach and intensify the
understanding between employees which trigger their willingness towards work and motivate
them for performing better (Herzberg, 2017).
Factors that makes employees feel good about work
In order to make the employees feel good it is essential from the side of the organization to
understand their needs and fulfill them. Anticipating employee needs requires cultural
acknowledgement implementation of a productive and systematic framework that raises the
willingness within the employees. Along with this it is being seen that only a single factor is the
determinant of satisfying the employees but also ensure that the employees are giving their full
effort towards maximizing organizational objective it is important that all of the employee's point
of interest should be taken care of by the organization (Hollinger-Smith et al., 2017). This may
include creation of challenges within the work that the employee executes, the incentives that
they obtains for being more productive than the expected level, career growth options,
development and facilitation of training initiatives by the organization for the employees, etc.
Various experiments revealed only payments of the motivating factor for employees for which
they will feel good for the work that accomplishes but also there are other essential components

Strong Work Ethics
It has been found that to ensure ethical corporate culture the process of business practices should
be accompanied by the willingness of the employees to motivate themselves as long as they are
able to do so. Emphasizing on this issue it can be incorporated that the process of creating strong
work Ethic is not only dependent upon executing organizational goals step by step in a
traditional manner rather significant amount of employee involvement is essential (Wressell,
2018). The process of creating strong ethical culture is a continuous process considering all the
individuals that works for an organization to team up for a common goal where they should
intensify themselves towards a successful optimization of practicing work culture from
individual level. The human capital that work for any organization is not only a result of
performance only that raises the productivity within an organization and helps it to meet its short
run and long run objectives but also it is important that those human capital should endeavor to
inspire, motivate and systematize themselves regularly for which temporary failure or success
will not affect the organization in the long run (Beckett et al., 2017). The work ethics is thus as
aspect of concern since it is only accomplished when the employees do not work in a traditional
way rather they focuses on building themselves as a strong and dependable resource of the
organization (Gasper, 2016). This helps them even to create back up plans when initial plan fails
to succeed. It provides confidence within the employees for which they do not work for the
organization out of forced obedience rather due to their willing obedience. Raising strong morale
is also a key in establishing the practice of a strong ethical organizational corporate culture.
