All the individuals must completely engage in all the practices including the theory as well as
practical in order to gain more than the desired output which can help in achieving the goals of
the individual and the plan. These methods can help in improving the individual blocks.
Outline of Training
The training programme can be divided into different sections or parts so that each part is
effectively implemented and the individuals can gain maximum out of the best. There must be
separate parts for creativity and innovation, thinking creatively and the ways to solve the
problems using creative thinking.
Creativity in an individual makes the person able to combine all the ideas in a very different
manner to make the combined idea unique among all the ideas which can improve the quality of
performance of the individuals and the innovation deals in putting all these ideas into action or
implementation.
The models and theories must be used in the training so that the individuals get a practical
knowledge of the creativity and innovation. A model based on the John Holland’s theory of
Vocational Choice (1973) can be used which is structures by combining different personality
types such as realistic, social, artistic etc. The model mainly shows that how the individuals with
opposite personalities work together in an organization in a team of two and then exchange their
ideas followed by passing the ideas to individuals of other personalities in order to produce
innovative products and services (Goller and Bessant, 2017). This will help the individuals to
work in coordination with the people of any personality reducing the chances of conflicts.
Likewise, Technology Acceptance Model can be used while training in order to adapt
innovation in the organization which focuses on the usefulness of the innovation and how easy it
can be to implement and use along with the degree to which the individuals’ performance can be
improved to enhance productivity.
In order to inculcate creativity and innovation, the experts must also apply some methods which
helps the individuals to generate the new ideas quickly. It can include various brainstorming
sessions, Brainwriting, Six Thinking Hats, SCAMPER etc. Brainstorming sessions are mostly
divergent which are used in the solving of large problems (Ogbeibu and et.al., 2020). This can be
real time which is exchanging the ideas face to face or can be virtual though online platforms or

suggestion boxes. The combined idea generated after the exchanging of all the ideas is
considered as the solution of a problem.
The training must also include the ways to overcome the individual blocks like mental,
personal, emotional, poverty etc. which are there in adapting creativity in individuals like finding
new sources of inspiration, taking monotonous tasks, taking care of oneself while failing and
succeeding and many more. It must also highlight the importance of creativity by describing
the qualities of a creative person like challenging, exploring the possibilities, makes impossible
things possible, curious, vivid imagination etc.
The expert must also teach the individuals about the convergent (finding one concrete solution)
and divergent (explores multiple possible solutions) types of thinking along with highlighting
the importance of each (Lichtarski and Trenkner, 2018). It must also focus on the techniques to
solve any problem highlighting the IDEAL points: I (Identifying the problem), D (defining its
cause), E (exploring possible strategies), A (act accordingly), L (look back and learn). The
individuals must also know about evaluating the idea such as ranking, giving scores etc. in order
to enhance the feasibility and the ways to implement them for picking the best one to initiate the
growth.
Evaluation
The training plan must be evaluated in order to know the its efficiency. It can be done in
the following ways like Pre-test and Post-test, feedback, climate index, innovation index etc. The
simplest way among all is the Pre-test and Post-test which is mainly done by before and after
assessment which examines that the changes which took place were better than expected or not.
Feedback can also be used by the individuals to gain insight about the thoughts of other
individuals regarding the individual’s developed creativity and innovative skills.
Therefore, the above training plan if implemented successfully by the REAL sustainability can
develop creative and innovative skills regarding the entrepreneurship in the individuals of the
organization. It can result in the better productivity and a rapid growth. The training plan mainly
