For better and effective regulation of the school, there is a need to use necessity of
leadership and following culture which can lead to provide better ability for running the school
in effective way. This can provide better outcome as a result. Could do better school is a non fee
paying school in which there are 11 to 18 aged group students in school. This is a school in
which there are many student and different teacher. Teachers are able to provide specific lesson
and specialist in their topic. They are the one who are able to provide better and effective
learning to students but due to many scrutiny and compiling of paperwork which lead to create a
high difficulty for providing better lesson to the student. This is the one reason which directly
impact the quality of delivering lesson to student by their specific teacher. This lead to create a
negative impact on study and result of this school is below than average. Due to this, there is
different scrutiny time-to-time and lead to complete different paper work by the teacher instead
of delivering lesson and providing education to students. It has been analyzed that, this school
has autocratic leadership style in which senior teachers are able to provide information and

teachers among school. This created a negative impact on delivering of lesson to the student and
due to high focusing on scrutiny which increases the number of paperwork and able to divert
from delivering of lessons in making workforce. It has been identified that there is need for
motivation and need for changing the leadership style. This can provide them the liberty to
deliver their lesson to student in their own way (Halkos and et. al., 2018). This should be
effective and experimental for providing better result as an outcome. There is a culture which is
related with this school that all the teacher should able to provide a specific topic to their student
which can lead to create a better impact on delivering of standard education.
