who were continuously taking services of the firm. Researcher have the option to select whether
probabilistic and non-probabilistic sampling technique based on suitability of that particular
project. For this research Non-probabilistic or purposive technique has been taken (Galbreath
and Shum, 2012).

types of data collection method. Primary collection method and secondary data collection
method. For the purpose of making this research report Both primary and secondary data has
been taken into consideration.
