As far the service towards the customers are concerned the company focuses upon
excellent, dependable and focused. While in terms of the concern towards the
environment. The culture of the Berkshire Hathaway Energy is aimed towards
developing the excellence service towards the customer. As such the contribution of
the company is noted in the portion where the attempts have been taken towards
ensuring the goods towards the lives of the customers. The company has also made
commitments towards the society where they function (brkenergy.com, 2019).
In terms of its responsibilities towards the concern of the environment, the major steps
taken towards being responsible, diverse and strategic. The company has been
considered as a leader in the terms of its renewable resources. As such the company
follows the principle of RESPECT, in order to cut down the impact the firm is having

Social- The responsibility of the company towards the society have made it make the
