between the business practices and society. It is the management concept where the firms are
incorporate with the social and environmental concerns. It is normally under the private firm
polices in which it is describe that how a company can manage their production process by
having a positive impact on the society. This report will describes the roles of Corporate social
responsibility which are employee engagement, environmental protection, sustainability and
collection of data gathering for the technological firms. The report summarised the practical
illustration of Corporate social responsibility initiatives.

CSR is the combination of social benefits program and the management practices. It is
the commitment of the business to run it in a ethical system. CSR covers the sustainability and

employment values prepositions (Aguinis and Glavas, 2019). Green peace mission, campaign
for strong laws on the environmental responsibility like Friends of the earth are some examples
of CSR initiatives which gives benefits to the community to save environment for creation of
healthy environment.
Johnson and Johnson are focused on reducing their impact on the environment from the
last three decades. This organisation takes an initiative for leveraging the power of the wind to
give safe water to the communities around the world wide. Johnson and Johnson are using
different strategies of CSR to reduces the pollution and remove the carbon footprints and
increases the social reputation of the company.
