being able to incorporate the ideas of ethics and social responsibilities within the minds of the

reaching the methods of preparing the corporate strategies and competitive advantage, it is also
the responsibility of the business schools to learn the students about the importance of corporate

realized in my personal life if I can be ethical and stress on the personal values of the employees,
this can earn me a good place in their hearts and let me win their trust as well.

skills gap in the hiring process should be effective enough so the organizations could cater to
their objectives (Kent, 2016).. I have come across the fact that the skill gap among the
technology students have been increasing and it has been the basic problem indeed in terms of
their basic reading, writing and math skills. This gap has to be mitigated and some of the basic
skills gaps will have to be resolved. As expressed by the author and the other people I have
acknowledged that the soft skills gaps are very much absent among the students in a large
manner. The skills of the employees are very much important for their better performance. I
suggest that the business schools must be very much proactive in examining if the basic skills of
the employees are perfectly all right. This will be highly important when they go on to serve the
organizations in a serious way (Kent, 2016). It is the belief that the proper training of the
employees should be effective for the betterment of the organization as well.
