Conclusion
From this above research project, it has been concluded that for Charlotte street hotel,
CSR activity is very important through which it can attain sustainable objective within a time
period. From this research, it has been concluded that company should implement the corporate
social responsibility activity by conducting voluntary events for the society. By conducting
voluntary event in every year, corporation can able to develop effective brand image in the
market and attain sustainable business objective (Orlitzky, Siegel and Waldman, 2011) In order
to collect the information about CSR activities within business, researcher has conduct survey
and develop questionnaire. From this research, it has also identified that Charlott street hotel is
facing the issue related to employees rights and security. By implementing the corporate social
responsibility, company can meet the need and wants of all stakeholders like customer, supplier,
employees, government etc. By use of questionnaire, scholar has founded that any of the
manager said that company should implement CSR activities by conducting voluntary event and
also they said that there are direct relationship between CSR activities and sustainable objective.
From this research project it has been also concluded that the company brand image can easily
developed in the market by involving corporate social responsibility.
Recommendation
 Charlotte street hotel should organise charity event for society every year through which
it can effectively implement corporate social responsibility within business.

 Company should provide health acre services and organise employees welfare programs
within organisation so as personnels can encourage and motivate for effective
performance (Du, Bhattacharya and Sen, 2010)
 Company should taking into consideration in to ethical activities so as it can improve
brand image of the market.

the research study, I have analysed that primary data is very important in the research through

which relevant and valid information can collect from the respondent. By conducting the survey,
I have interacted with 10 managers in order to collect the information related to corporate social
responsibility. Thus, by this research, my communication and coordination skill has improved.
By conducting the research, I have learnt various knowledge and method of the about the
research design, research approach, research techniques, data analysis, data collection , sampling
etc. I have enhanced my learning skill and my knowledge too. By analysing and evaluating the
collected data from the survey, my analytical and problem solving skill has been also improved
from this research study. Thus, it can be said that the above research project is very beneficial for
me because I have learnt various kind of skill, knowledge and ability. Furthermore, I have learnt
effectiveness research methodology and its implementation in the research study.
M4 Evaluation of the value of project
From the above project report it has been ascertained that there are various research
methodologies assisted to the investigator in order to attain the project objectives. In this project,
by use of Gantt chart, various activities are plans and organized according to the time so as
required activities can be attained within the time period. This project report is very valuable and
beneficial for the investigator which provides the depth knowledge and understanding about the
corporate social responsibility in the organization. This project aids in identifying the various
strategies and method to implement the CSR activities within the organization.
