INTRODUCTION
Corporate Social Responsibility is a business function that ensures mechanism of active
compliance to law, national or international norms and ethical judgements. CSR activities are
beyond law, it is 'doing good' for the community. At present small enterprises are keener to
develop Corporate Social activities in their businesses. Sometimes organisations go on the far
side of law by adopting policies formed within the internal environment to make sustainable
situation. In this report significance of CSR activities in a small-scale business is explained
through devising aims and objectives for an organisation with the management plan and structure
for completion (Suliman, Al-Khatib and Thomas, 2016). Further, research has been conducted to
meet project targets and recommendations are made in accordance. Networx, is solution provider
for recruitment process in UK, serving more than 800 clients with recruiting solutions and latest
technology. They provide fully tailored solution to clients irrespective their size, resources of
procedures adopted for recruitment.
TASK 1
P 1 Aims and Objectives of organisation.
Aims:-
ï‚· To implement Corporate Social Responsibility in its operations with aim of achieving
'good environment, good people and good company'.
ï‚· Understand the objective of CSR to keep it aligned with vision, mission and objectives or
organisation.
Objectives:-
A manager must not be concerned with only internal business but with external
environment too.
ï‚· Profit maximisation is primary objective of any business, CSR contributes in profit as it
creates sense of trust among individuals and keeps them intact in the organisation.
ï‚· Behave Ethically and make contributions to economy by improving quality of work and
not harming thee environment.

ï‚· Feel responsibility towards business surroundings i.e. making contributions for
minimizing negative effects due to operations of business (Kapoor, 2016).
ï‚· Ensuring safe working conditions for employees to attract skilled and qualified
employees and providing best and stable working conditions.
ï‚· Participation in community lives as the organisation is part of local people too. Holding
good relations with those representatives of community are helpful in achieving
organisational vision and mission.
ï‚· Long term stability is ensured through appropriate CSR activities in an organisation.
Purpose of Corporate Social Responsibility in an organisation.
Nowadays people are aware of CSR activities, they are demanding more acceptable
practices in the organisation. To gain competitive advantage whether in terms of employees or
customers and build trust with them (Zentes, Morschett and Schramm-Klein, 2017). Corporate
Social Responsibilities helps in conducting business in ethical ways i.e. considering impact of
social, economic or environmental factors.
Implementing Social Responsibility is concerned with organisational sustainability in
order to ensure that Network is having positive impact on environment, society or economy.
Though many organisations claim to have sustainable practices within the organisation. A
good company make positive impact on society, nevertheless relationship between organisation
and its customers remain subject to debate.
P 2 Project Management Plan.
Project management is plan for managing overall execution process of project. It helps
organisation in meeting its set targets and objectives within time frame. There are various
systematic activities involved in project management procedure planned by using techniques and
tools. Documenting is done while developing plan, and it is not one time process rather a
continuous activity that requires it to be revisited and updated time to time.

activities performed in the task in one composition. To meet the organisational objectives and
aims it is used by employees (Kelman, and et.al., 2016). It breaks project tasks in smaller
components, a hierarchy of scope of work is formed in this chart to accomplish the project
effectively. It provides an estimate in detail including timings and costs involved in the project.
