Introduction
Corporate social responsibility is the function where the firm functions various things
considering the ethical factors and laws and norms of the nation. Business management define as
an activities related with running an industry such as leading, controlling, organising, planning
and monitoring in a significant manner. So in this CSR play important role in managing all
activities and tasks in an effective and efficiency way. The firm does such activities which are in
the favour of the society. This activity motivates the organisation in doing good and positive
towards the society, the firms does social welfare with Corporate Social Responsibility. Keeping
the society's welfare in the mind the organisation do many performance which will help the
environment and society as well as the organisation's functioning (Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle.,
2010.). This activity help the organisation as a guide and with this the firm is able to attain the
objectives in positive and effective manner.
TASK1
P1) Aims and objectives of the projects.
CSR make sure the firm does the work in effective manner an ethically. The main
objective of the project of CSR is to consider the rights of the humans of the society with the
focus on the environmental, social and economical factors. The project of CSR activity is to be
implemented by Dunsland House. So the firm should know first what all are the benefits and has
to set some objectives and aims which will guide the firm to perform the taken project
effectively.
The main aim and objectives of this project are as follows-
Stakeholders value is been maximised- This CSR activity promotes the organisation to
make effective result of the performance this will also help in the maximising of the
values of the skate holders, share holders and the community.
Profit making for the share holders- As the CSR activity is for the welfare of the
community and the response of it gets higher with the help of this the profit of the share
holder (Amit and Zott., 2012.).
Providing many opportunities to the society by offering jobs to the unemployed- With the
help of this the organisation get chance to expand the business therefore the employment

opportunity also get arise. The unemployed in the society will get the opportunity to earn
and this way the organisation does welfare of the society.
Trying to minimise the negative impact that might occur on the nature and environment-
The firm has to focus on the protection of the natural resources and try not to affect the
environment so CSR activity guides the organisation to do so.
Doing best possible way to maximise the efficiency- The organisation tries to maximise
the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of the manpower to reflect positive
outcome. CSR activity help the organisation to reduce all the wastages and the cost
incurred in that (Jeston and Nelis., 2014.). Use of the natural resources effectively and efficiently- The organisation tries to utilise
the resources as optimum it could with wasting them. The natural resources that are in
scarce are used in very efficient and effective manner so that no wastage could occur. The
use of water, land all are the natural resources which the firm has to utilise properly then
only those things can be properly managed in the upcoming time.
Aim: To execute activities in link with corporate social responsibility in order to achieve
sustainable goals and objectives.
Objectives:
To execute CSR importance on Dunsland House to have aggressive benefits.
To analysis CSR activities which is essential because they have positive effects on cited
company.
To make different approach and their evaluation with the help of which Dunsland House
will achieve aggressive benefits via corporate social responsibility exercise.

Project management plan is a document which clearly tells that how any of the project
has to be executed, monitored and controlled. This is a plan which defies all the objectives and
the scope of the related projects. Project management plans include schedule, scope, cost, time,
quality, communication and the resources.
1. Cost management- It is one of the aspect of the project management plan. Cost
management is the process of cost's estimation, allocation, and control. This plan helps

2. Scope management- This is the part of the project which defies that what all are the task
which has to be done in a given project. What are the requirements of the project and
what all things are to be included so as to complete the given project. The things which

3. Time management- The most important part of the task is to manage the time in such a
manner that the project completion does not exceed the given time and also the

become of no use.
4. Quality management- The project that is been executed must be worth while. Anything

the duty of the organisation to first frame out all the things which will help to attain the
aims, then only the firm will able to work effectively and qualitatively (Kothari and et.al.,
2011.).
5. Communication management- It is a very important part of the project as to accomplish
it effectively. The task and the plans has to be communicated very well to the related
personal to attain project in proper manner. The management of communication helps the
firm to do effective and efficient communication with the people, employees, consumers
and the stakeholders and all those who are related to the assignment of the projects.
6. Resources management- The firm has to consider about the resources that are to be
inculcated in the project. All the related resources has to be very well managed. The
machineries the people the plan all are the things which has to be considered a lot.

Work break down structure and Gantt chart are the aspect of the project where the firm
can sectionalise the task in certain criteria. With the help of this the project's objective can be
able to achieve in an effective manner.
Work break down structure- It is a method which help the firm to divide the given project
or the task in to small levels so that the objectives can be attained. The division of the
work help to manage the different things in proper manner. The whole project is sub
divided into different parts which become easier to work upon. The divided task can be
allotted to different employees so that the task is get completed properly (Myers., 2013.).
It is very much required for the firm to follow the work break down structure. One
