Topic of the research: “Making use of CSR within organization and it importance for
sustainability and competitive advantage ”
Background of Study:
CSR (Corporate social responsibility) can be determined to be one of the most important
aspect within organization (Aguinis and Glavas, 2012). Further, it is essential for the firm to gain
competitive advantages in competitive market. It is the responsibility of the organizations to
understand the importance of CSR and it is also helpful enough to encourage and boost up
employee's performance. Present research is focused on Charlotte hotel which is founded in the
year 1924. Cited firm aim at delivering their customers with high quality services (Okpara and
Idowu, 2013). Further, present research is conducted in order to understand the importance of
CSR and how it is beneficial for the firm to attain competitive advantage.
Aim: To analysis the role related with the activities of Corporate social responsibilities in order
to achieve competitive advantage: A study on Charlotte Hotel.
