responsibility or CSR help in determining the relationship that the company has with the

between the latter and the employees, helps in bolstering the goodwill of the company and most
importantly contributes to the sustainability of the community and the environment (Crowther
and Seifi 2018). The aim of the paper is to critically evaluate the Corporate Social Responsibility
that is performed by The Kuwait Oil Company. The paper will evaluate the performance of the
