1. What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
Implementation of CSR activities are supposed to accomplish.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know?
Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment
undertaken.
Yes project is able to attain its aim and target. When I collect all
relevant information about CSR activities.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all
aspects of the project (e.g initial inception, project activities and
project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
My effective skills are able to help in complete project and collection of
information as well. Because through which I can easily attain target
and maintain performance as well.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they
tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and resolution
during the project process?
Lack of knowledge and information has been considered as biggest
problem for this project. Through interacting with large number of
people it can tackled. Such issues are timely resolve.

I receive so much information and knowledge about implementation of
CSR with in organization which is helpful for long term leaning
process.

identify?
Team building and proper coordination with other members is the
biggest strength of mine and lack of communication is biggest
weakness which I can overcome through interacting with large number
of people.

With the help of team building process I can easily interact with my
team members and able to complete target and objectives as well.
