INTRODUCTION
Today in the competitive market, there is cut throat competition among different
organisation. To make the business successful in the long term is not an easy task as well as to
maintain the success of then business. With the profit gaining the organisation needs to execute its
corporate social responsibility (Arora and Dharwadkar,2011). The organisation has to create
goodwill in the long term in among the customers so that it can survive with progress in the future.
To manage a successful business the organisation. In the competitive market the organisation
communicates with the customers through business. This also implies the social responsibility
which the organisation has to execute because it has some responsibilities or duties towards the
society as well as the people of that. It the following report it will be discussed that for executing
corporate social responsibility the organisation has to prepare a project management plan in which
the objectives and aim of the corporate social responsibility in business of the organisation are
explained which includes the cost,scope,quality of the product,communication, resource and risk
involved in the business.
TASK 1
P 1 Aims and objectives for corporate social responsibility
The organisation oak limited is has the corporate social responsibility regarding its
employees as they are the precious assets to the company (Barnea and Rubin,2010). If the
employees of the organisation are in suitable condition at workplace then they can put their efficient
effort in the work at the organ situation,other wise there will be lack of effectiveness in the work of
employees in the company. For example the company provide sufficient break for tea and lunch to
get reenergised to work in complete working hours. The company has the corporate social
responsibility related to the nature also.
In the nature related responsibility of the corporate social responsibility the organisation has
to monitor the uses of the natural resources so that there will be no wastage in the production. The
organisation has objective to run the business in ethical way so that there will be no harm to any
body else because of the business of the oak limited. The organisation has to implement the rules
and regulation which are implied by the local as well as the international authorities. These rules are
related to customers, environment protections, society, and employees of the business organisation.
Thus the organisation aims to minimise the wastage of the natural resources.
For example for packaging then company need the paper bag for which the trees are cut in

time. For example the customers are asked about the quality of the product. The response and the

manner. The organisation should prefer the quantitative tools than the qualitative tools of research
so that the decision regarding corporate social responsibility can be taken in time.
Regarding the improvement in implementing the corporate social responsibility, the
organisation should provide information about guideline of authorities to its employees in the
organisation so that there will be no difficulty in the business. Another important recommendation

the customers are satisfied, the organisation should improve its quality of the product. The research

taken by the organisation to manage the success of the business.
