Social media have enabling of understanding as the setting up of connection between the
company and its stakeholder in order to have development of better connection and stability in
decision-making. The platform has the several levels of offering to employees in order to have
participation in local volunteer efforts which is enabling the major level of changes in
development of local community. On other hand the corporates social responsibility is termed as
the initiative in order to have the designation of by-product which is considered to be no different
in order to have communications into the meaningful story and provide eduction to public as the
sense of responsibility development. In reference to social media and corporate social
responsibility the company is adding to have providence of opportunity in order to make the
level of strengthening the connection between company and its respective audiences.
2. Importance and impacts of social media on small business.
The development of SME is considered to be important part in present scenario for
developing the various level of economy in providing a vast varsity of goods and services in
order to have creation of various level of job opportunities along with regional economy and
community development in way of offering better level of communications in the way of
offering major level of innovation. The media have level of developing the proper level of
interaction of consumer through social media which is termed as the important strategy
development which helps company to have proper level of brand awareness along with
increasing of customer base and establishment of connection with relevant and potential

being adopted the new agenda that us titled as Transforming Our World: The 2030 Agenda
for Sustainable Development which being agreed by the 193 states of the united nations which
have inclusion of the sustainable development goals.
2. Linkage between Global Sustainable Development and Corporates Social Responsibility.
In order to have reach over the 17 SDGs which is defining the major level of priorities
for the year 2030 helping in representation of opportunity in providence the level of sustainable
path. The government, business sector as well as the civil society all are playing the major roles
in delivering the goals of global levels in order to have sustainable development. In short, the
both have the holistic senses in order of developing the short, mediums and long term which are
belongingness of financial, social and the environment impacts in the different level of
stakeholders. Such as the customers, communities along with planet and the investor which is in
