address each task as instructed. To complete this workbook satisfactorily, you

Skills in these units must be demonstrated in a workplace or simulated
environment where the conditions are typical of those in this industry's working
environment.
This includes access to:

and workplace sustainability policies in the organisation.
You must:

Read the Case Study Scenario, review the organisational policy and procedures
provided in a separate folder, and undertake independent research.
