INTRODUCTION
Corporate governance and strategic management termed out as set of internal rules and
policies that aids to determine that how firm direct their working in appropriate mode (Moneva
and Hernández-Pajares, 2018). Thus, strategic decision are taken by managers and decision
approved by the board of directors and shareholders. In addition to it, it encompasses the firm
action in order to achieve competitive advantage. Therefore, corporate level strategy is one of the
action that aids to gain competitive advantage through selection and management of mix of
businesses. Thus, it can be stated as set of rules, processes and practices with help of which
company can directed their working.
Furthermore, report is based on the business activities of Uber and it deals in services of
vehicle for hire delivery, this is private transportation company. Therefore, report will cover the
things as background of firm, issues relates with firm and number of the problem faced by the
enterprise.
Background of UBER

and constant controversy firm that aids fascinating companies to emerge over pas decades.

Significance of study-
Corporate governance is one of the crucial part of strategic management that aids to
improvise the performance of the company. Under this, strategic decision can be decided by the
managers so that firm can operate its functioning in effective and efficient manner (Crowther and
Seifi, 2018). This research study will be helpful in order to get the depth insights about the safety
threat to give customer better and more supportive services. Furthermore, this research aids to
research to undertake the depth review in order to maximise the long term value for the
company.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Corporate social responsibility is one of the broad term that aids to have improvement in
the brand reputation of enterprise within market. As per the view of Jamali and Karam, (2018) it
can be stated that corporate social responsibility must consider the interest of customers,
employees and shareholder so that better and effective thing can be undertaken. In addition to it,
this is stated that corporate social responsibility is one of broad term that used to define the
efforts to have better improvement in the society. Thus, CSR strategy aids to have better process
and safety process within the enterprise. According to the view of Dyck and et.al., (2019)
Moneva and Hernández-Pajares, 2018 Kim, Kim and Qian, 2018 it can be stated that CSR is
very beneficial aspect as it aids to have better brand recognition, positive business reputation and
to enhance sales and customer loyalty.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
It is the process that is defined as collection of information so that better and appropriate
methodology can be selected. In addition to it, this may be defined as systematic gathering of
data and information.
Research philosophy- It is belief with help of which data can be gathered, used and analysed.
Thus, philosophy can be classified into methods as interpretive, positivism and realism. Thus,
research will have the use of interpretative technique.
Research approach- This is defined as plan and procedure that is inclusive of broad
assumptions in terms to have detailed method of data collection, analysis and interpretation.

the researcher will have the use of inductive approach.
