As per the view point of Schwartz, (2017) corporate strategy is the strategic plan which
defines the overall corporate goal of the business and the direction in which the organization
has to go for achieving the same. In the long term of the business the corporate strategy
clearly defined vision and the direction of a company or organization looking to go to achieve
the organizational goal. Yermack, (2017) highlights that this help the company in improving
the performance of the employee in the organization as this brings the clarity ion the mind of
the employee which and also help the employee in getting the best path to go on to achieve
the organization objective which impact very positively toward the performance of the

Data Collection:
Data collection is the process in which data is collected from the different source related
to the research. In the field of the data collection primary and secondary are the two type
of the tool which is used by the researcher (Kumar, 2019). Researcher will be collecting
the secondary data with the help of the different books and journal related to the topic of
the research. Primary data is collected with the help of the survey which was conducted on
the basis of the questionnaire which contains the variety of the question including both
open-ended and close ended question and survey will be conducted on the 20 manager of
the Asda.

ETHICAL CONSIDERATION
Ethical consideration plays an very important role in research. This can be
specified as one of the most important part of the research (Chipulu, Ojiako,
and Marshall, 2016). There are different ethical consideration which are as
follows:

done with effective honesty and transparency.
