INTRODUCTION
 The computing practice is basically the course which specializes the
individual in the computing field.
 The cloud computing is the term which refers to as delivery of computing
services which involves servers, storage and many more. This presentation
will discuss the legal resources and the solution to the issue.
 Further, the case study will be discussed in the presentation regarding the
ethical issue.

BACKGROUND ANALYSIS
 The various stakeholders involved in the cloud
computing are such as Cloud user or consumer
(CU), Cloud service providers (CSP), Cloud
Auditor and Cloud broker. The duties of
stakeholders are-
 Cloud user: These are who utilizes the services at
the end or are end users.
 Cloud service providers : This provides the
services to the cloud consumers or end users.
 Cloud Auditor: They are involved in auditing
such as security audit, privacy impact audit and
performance audit.
 Cloud broker: The services provided by them are
service intermediation, service arbitrage and so on.

LEGAL RESOURCE AVAILABLE
IN AUSTRALIA
 The ethical issue of cloud computing that is
data security is affecting largely and legally
the cloud consumer is accountable for this
issue. They re responsible for making sure the
ultimate services provided to the customers.
 Under IaaS model, the cloud consumers has to
protect the data and the overall content
themselves. The cloud providers are has to
ensure that the services which are provided
them has the proper security to the end users.
 As they are first and foremost responsible for
the cloud computing as which not causes any
harm to the technology using.

PROPOSED SOLUTIONS
 There are various solutions for the businesses which will help them in
solving the ethical issues related to the cloud computing are such as-
 Encryption process: This is the process through which information can be
converted into secret code which hides the true meaning. This will help
them in avoiding critical situation.
 Two-factor authentication: The unauthorized access will be able to avoid
through incorporating the two-factor authentication.
 Anti-virus software: This software will help them in getting rid of the
system virus for protecting the data.

CASE STUDY
The case scenario:
 The name of company- Zumbo
tech (UK based company)
 Situation- The company's
critical data was stolen as this
was hacked by the hackers
because the database was left
open and the password was also
not strong as well.
 Events- Due to this, the
company faced various
challenges and it became very
difficult for them to sustain
within the marketplace.

CONCLUSION
 From the presentation it can be concluded that it is very important for each
and every stakeholder to ensure about the data security as the ethical issue.
 The presentation has discussed the various stakeholders and there
involvement in the cloud computing.
 Further, the legal laws and solution has been proposed in the presentation
for the ethical issue.
