The cloud computing is the term which refers to as delivery of computing
services which involves servers, storage and many more. This presentation
will discuss the legal resources and the solution to the issue.
Further, the case study will be discussed in the presentation regarding the
ethical issue.

The various stakeholders involved in the cloud
computing are such as Cloud user or consumer
(CU), Cloud service providers (CSP), Cloud
Auditor and Cloud broker. The duties of
stakeholders are-
Cloud user: These are who utilizes the services at
the end or are end users.
Cloud service providers : This provides the
services to the cloud consumers or end users.
Cloud Auditor: They are involved in auditing
such as security audit, privacy impact audit and
performance audit.
Cloud broker: The services provided by them are
service intermediation, service arbitrage and so on.
