Starbucks. From the business analysis of the organisation it has been found that the organisation
is lacking behind in its productivity level due to improper communication among different
stakeholders, employees and customers (Kerzner, and Kerzner, 2017). Along with that data
storage and ineffective marketing strategies has also impact the popularity and brand image.
Thus, to overcome these issues, the organisation plans to conduct a research project for
understanding the impact of advance tool and digital technology upon business organisation for
improving business and for gaining competitive advantages.
