Bruno and Sergio in London in 1971. the coffee house is committed to support customers and
provide best quality of coffee and food items. Costa Coffee completed 45 year experience of
providing crafting the finest quality of coffee. This report helps to understand bout various
objectives of the company and how technology and operation management helps in better
achievement of those objectives and aims.
