The current presentation is based on Costa Coffee which is a British coffee house chain and was founded
by Sergio Costa and Bruno Costa in the year 1971.

Costa Coffee had to respect the health and safety guidelines which were set by the
government for reduction of the risks towards employees, customers and towards the
community. There was a guide for Costa coffee to follow for being feasible, acceptable
and tailored in their health and safety practices towards the community.

With the help of this project it can be concluded that Costa coffee is able to reach
its objectives through proper resource activities that involve planning, recruiting and selecting
through the HR functions.

employer has been shown.
