environment (Selimović, Pilav-Velić and Krndžija, 2021). The present research is conducted on
the concept of workplace transformation in context to business in which technology and the
requirement which is needed for employees in Costa Coffee to carry out their roles and
responsibilities is being conducted. Costa Coffee is a British coffee house train and headquarters
in England. The company was founded in the year 1971 and offer wide range of services to
customers. This is among the favourite coffee shop and largest and fastest growing shop in the
provinces of the United Kingdom. This research will generalise the concept of workplace
transformation along with the technology needed for a company through which employees can
conduct their roles and responsibilities.
