Executive Summary:
The project that is being delivered is capable of contributing in the development of the new organization that can
meet the legislative requirements and hence, result in the overall enhancement of the performance of the
organization through providing better and effective production. The project has been sub-divided in three different
phases in manner to accomplish the project constraints within the expected schedule and budget.
Project Purpose or Justification:
The purpose can be explained as the development of a transition plan that can be helpful in the preparation and
management of the “transition to the new local government identity that was established on July 2015 that will be
capable of covering the City of Swan and Shire of Mundaring.”
Project Description:
The primary phase will be focusing on analyzing the present scenario and status of the project followed by the
second phase emphasizing on the endorsement of the project management plan. The transition will be the third
phase that has been supposed to be commenced after the existence of the new entity.
