1. What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
Ans:- Project is effective to accomplish tasks and therefore it requires
to following on all activities determined by project manager including
time and cost incurred. In this regard, coordination of each team
member for projecting is able to succeed plans.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know?
Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment
undertaken.
Ans:- By analysing all activities, it is obtained that all plans get
succeed. It is because of selecting suitable workers and implementing
actions regarding systematic scheduling.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all
aspects of the project (e.g initial inception, project activities and
project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
Ans:- At first, for identifying current situation, objectives are set with
planning scheduling thereby activities can be accomplished
effectively. In accordance to this, proper management of project is
created to reach out set target. Further, by taking advantage of all
workers' coordination, project plan got accomplished efficiently.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they
tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and resolution
during the project process?
Ans:- There are some issues for projecting such as; lack of
coordination among workers, uncertain changes, efficient techniques
and fund. Therefore, problems raised at workplace and for solving out
these situations, reasons are found out as well plans are prepared for
implementation of organization.
5. What did you learn from undertaking the project?
Ans:- With the help of this projecting, I improved my various skills and
incraesd my working styles that affects personal and professional
lifestyles. In this regard, I learned several qualities and also different
ideas to tackle out any kind of issue effectively.

consultant leading the project?
Ans:- Performance of management consultant was quite good.
However, on the basis of their guidance, different innovative
techniques are learned to complete project's task. Therefore,
performance of management consultant and all team members were
effective that influences project qualities.
7. What strengths and weakness of your performance did you
identify?
Ans:- There are both positive and negative aspects presented for
project management. In this process, positively, it is obtained that
various skills get developed however better job performance is
obtained at high level. While, on the other side, in negative side, it is
analysed that lack of coordination among workers and inefficient
fund is occurred that impacted on environment of entity.

development?
Ans:- Implementation of CSR activities are essential for professional
development of workers. In this process, efficiency for job
