Dear Sir,
I am writing to submit my resume for the Graduate HR Officer, department of environment and
science that I came across recently. In today’s constantly changing work environment I firmly
believe that today’s Human resources officers need more than just one function in any
organisation, an organisation depends mainly on the HR department for the organisation’s
benefit and growth. The HR helps in creating a better workplace for the improvement of the
organisation. According to me, I feel I possess the qualities that are required for the designation,
and I am capable of taking the responsibilities the role demands.
With a diploma and advanced diploma of management and master’s of business administration
human resource, I have obtained the required theoretical knowledge that is commonly essential
for a career in the human resource area. In my diploma and advanced diploma, I received
systematic expertise about organisation skills and computer skills by completing the course of
management. I have gained an understanding of managing people in organisations including
recruitment, performance and systems, leadership, strategy development, employment relations
and staff development in my Masters of business administration.
I would like to highlight that I have a Strong presentation, management and administration skill
and I also have the skill and potential for in-depth research. Being fluent in advanced computer
skills makes me fast at finding the required information for any particular task. Therefore, I am
positively sure of my skills that are suitable for the job role.
At present, I am working as an assistant in nursing in the company, Heather Hill Nursing Agency
Brisbane. I have worked here from 2011 to 2015, with a two-year gap since July 2017 I am
present in this particular company. As an assistance nurse, I have performed several roles which

are mentioned in details in my resume. I have also worked in Queensland Security Providers as a
Training and Development officer, and that included a vast range of job roles which are
specifically mentioned in my resume.
Going through the requirement list that the job role demands and the responsibilities, I have
come to understand myself capable for the position and therefore would like to request you to
consider my resume. I have performed the function of management, preparing reports, relation
management, and many related tasks that are required. Therefore, I am suitable for the position.
As the Graduate HR officer, I would focus my attention not only on an individual aspect but the
focus would be on the overview aspect.
Although I know the job role demands high commitment and I would make a healthy choice for
the graduate HR officer I would wait for the reply. I look forward to meeting with you for further
