INTRODUCTION
COVID-19 is that pandemic which impacted negatively on business function and also
being reason form mass lockdown (Bedi and et. al, 2020). Due to mass spared of this virus there
is number of country has to face mass lockdown. In present report there is discussion about
different articles. These are between range of 16 November – 30 December.
MAIN BODY
There are number of impacts which have to be faced during COVID-19 some of these are
discussed below by use of different news articles. This can be seen that there are number of
challenges which have to be faced by UK in the in year 2020. There major challenges which has
to be faced by UK is related new variant of SARS-CoV-2 in UK causes surge of COVID-19. A
new variant of SARS-CoV-2, this is identified that this new strain is more dangerous than
previous because of high death rate. This is also identified in in four new diagnoses of COVID-
19 that by mid-December, this had increased to almost two thirds of new cases in London. This
is also seen that prime Minster Boris Johnson also provided his scientific advisors that he had no
credible alternative other than to impose even stricter restrictions on these parts of England. This
is also impacting on day-to-day life (Ingram, Maciejewski and Hand, 2020). This is because, it
impacting on life of common people in UK. This is because it is leading to changes in polices of
government and closing all non-essential shops and gyms, and people were asked to stay at home
wherever possible. This is also identified in this week that there are number of developments
which has to be imposed in order to meet needs of current situation in UK. This can be seen that
situation is getting worst because of new virus. In this period, this is indented that UK is going
towards changes by starting “Toward an Intersectional Approach to Health Justice”. This is
because health inequity is major factor which is impacting in direct way. this is seen that there
are different factors. These are related social determinants of health, such as employment,
income, housing, food, race, ethnicity, gender, and health care services. One more impact of
COVID-19 on business function where government has to implement mass lockdown (Iozzi and
et. al, 2020). This is impacting negatively ion business function. This is factor where due to
changes in SARS-CoV-2 in UK, this has adverse effect on life style and manage roles which

have to be used in accordance to needs. this is because the new stain in more effective than old
one and can cause damage to lifestyle. One more reason to implement this is to save common
individual from life threat and manage roles in association with this. It is also essential because
there are number of festivals in UK. This include new year and Christmas where there are
number of function which has to be managed in accordance to needs. One of the present news for
the UK in month of Dec is related to use of vaccine. This is because there are number of function
which can be used 7under this. These are related to use of effective vaccine in order to market
needs a perform function in effective way, this is because there are number of fetchers of this
vaccine which will hel0ps in dealing with this virus and saving life of number of individuals
(Rawal and et. al, 2020). According to reports and statements published by government/. This
can be needs that this vaccine will be used to protect health care workers from threat of this
virus. This is first face of this vaccination. One more think which has to be consider try this
vaccine in related to its zero side effects. This is also observed that this vaccine is required to be
stared in - 70degree temperature in order to make its effective use. This can be seen form above
that there are number of changes which have to be faced by managers and common people in
order to achieve better results. These are related to impact of this virtue and lockdown. This can
be seen from the number o journals that it various factors related to social changes and changes
in working will impact on feathers and have to be managed 9in accordance with needs (Tejedor
and et. al, 2020).
CONCLUSION
This can be concluded that there are number of function and objectives which have to be
performed in order to meet needs. These are essential to perform function and manage roles. This
will also help in meeting expectations and performing work according to needs and
requirements.
