The report aims to deliver and understanding about covid-19 vaccination for human resource
manager of every organisation. covid-19 is being a serious cause for business environment which
require proper protection and work under the protocols of government (Walkey, Law, and Bosch,
2021). Therefore, covid-19 vaccination is the only solution to get rid of virus and regulate all
work practices effectively.

Covid-19 vaccination is the only solution to get rid of coronavirus which has spread all over the
globe. There are many consequences and causes faced by covid-19 which has drastically create
impact on business performance. This topic is important for all the managers and human
resource manager as well. As the employee of organisation are the main role player which get
context and close to the customers. An organisation work collaboratively to achieve a single goal
which require contribution of all the managers and leaders and employees together. So that
covid-19 has been a great fear for every individual to involve in in any group activities (Cooper,
van Rooyen, and Wiysonge, 2021). People are not allowed to meet with any other person due to
may have chances to get contact with coronavirus. This becomes a crucial challenge into the
organisation which needs to be resolved by HR managers. In order to prevent the spread of
coronavirus at workplace, covid-19 vaccination is a great step to eliminate challenges
influencing on workplace practices. Human resource manager has the responsibility to make

them vaccinated is the main task for managers. It also comes under HR policies to ensure
vaccination of each and every employee so that there will be no critical situations and all the

workplace. it becomes a necessity to encourage and promote vaccine advantages to the
employees that number of individuals anonymously get their vaccine done. HR managers and
employees by revealing all the advantages of covid-19 conducting meetings and that was the
reviews so that employees will freely talk to manager about their concerns.
Manager would be helpful to provide some benefits after getting vaccinations done. As
many employees May get fever or illness so that managers should provide work of or leave to

encourage employees and make them understand about the seriousness of vaccination in order to
get protect with covid-19 causes.

workplace. Receiving a vaccination is anonymous decision for the employees of organisation. As

kind of diseases and prospective to not get vaccinated. As per the model WHS laws which shows
most of them are not entitled to get covid-19 vaccines. Apart from this, as these laws the
Australian government bound the workplace to perform all the covid-19 control measures by
making physical distancing, good hygienic condition and regular sanitization to maintain Public
Health orders in the state. The national cabinet has issue mandatory orders about covid-19
vaccination for aged care workers as they are mostly get affected by covid-19. Under the WHS
laws, manager is entitled to take responsibility to be sure about employee’s vaccination to make
the workplace environment safe and secure (Coccia, 2021). The government has not made the
vaccination mandatory as it is not agreed that vaccination will stop the infection of coronavirus
but it has researched that vaccination reduced the infection in human body and provide an
immunity to fight with coronavirus. and employee good work really into the organisation when
all the other people are vaccinated.
CONCLUSION
The report has concluded that, covid-19 vaccination is might not being mandatory but it is
beneficial to fight against the virus infection. This may result in saving many lives and create a
