human resource department. It became very difficult for an organization to manage the
performance of the talented employees and has impacted the talent management in an
organization. Tesco is a retail organization operates their business in in many countries all over
the world having their headquarters in Welwyn garden City, United Kingdom (Nangia, and
Mohsin, 2020). Tesco is well known for their expansion all over the world and has expanded
their business in many countries. This requires the company to take effective steps to manage the
performance of the talented employees which is affected by the covid-19 pandemic. This report
contains a survey on the impact of covid-19 in the talent management of an organization. This
research report helps to identify the impact of covid-19 on Tesco for the purpose of which
researcher has used a proper methodology. Sample size of 80 people has been selected by the
researcher and conduct research in ethical manner to provide effective results and
recommendations to the company.

to formulate effective strategies. In the same manner covid-19 is a factor which is involved in the
external environment but has a great impact on the business of Tesco. It is essential to analyze
