government guideline there was shut sown in the country.(Das, 2020) The tourism has a
negative impact of the crisis and this will be continue until the lounger the people feel safe to
travel on with the massive gatherings. This has impacted in the revenue aspect for the tourism
sector. For example the hotels which is situated in such locations where there is high rent which
is paid by the managers of the hotels is been impacted because of the long period of the lock-
down in the United Kingdom when the people were in their home and no one was allowed to
move out unnecessary. For example the various heritage places in the United Kingdom have
been impacted because the people are not ready to travel and such places is known for the
tourism which come there to visit. These places have been impacted and they are still empty
because of the fear of the covid in the minds of the people.(Prideaux, , Thompson, and Pabel,

It is been observed that the tourism sector is considered as one of the most potent
industries worldwide. The main important aspect for the hospitality industry is that the business
organisation need to rebuild the various policies in which the organisation have to take care of
the proper sanitisation facilities in the hotels. For example the well known hotels such a Hilton,
Marriott these need to take care of the facilities and now the cleanliness should be the first
priority in order to attract customers. As the pandemic has made difficult in making realise the
customer of the safety issues.(Nižetić, 2020.) . This is one of the major issue which is faced by
the hotels. People are not coming to such places because of the fear of catching the virus. It is
very essential for the hospitality industry including the hotels, resorts that they include the new
policies which has the consideration of the safety of the customers who are visiting to such
places. It is essential that the hotel are regularly sanitised so that the customers feel that the
organisation is taking care of the customers. This is the very big issue in today's World that the

chances of the various aspects as this is impacted worldwide. Also it it been analysed that there is
there is the decline ion the passenger of travelling from one country to the another after the
pandemic which is the negative impact on the organisation which are dependent on the passenger

It is recommended that if the tourism sector adopts the various strategies in order to cope
up with the crisis then it can have a positive impact on the business organisation. The most
important aspect which is recommended for the hospitality industry is that the hostel and resorts
needs to renovate on the various strategies which includes the proper sanitization of the areas and
the places in which the people acquire the space. The organisation can include the various
advanced technologies which will help in the sanitization of all the equipments of the hotel. This
is the most important for the organisation so that they can make feel confident for the customers
for the health safety. (Sharma, Talan, and Jain, 2020). The another thing which is recommended
that the organisation should focus on the refund policies which is necessary at this time to make
the customer satisfy with the brand. It is important in some situations that the organisation follow
the new guidelines which is proposed by the government. Also, for example, in case a customer
has booked the room or the place for the 2 days and in case there is any issue regarding the
pandemic and the person is not able to come so the organisation should focus on giving the
refund to the person which will help in building the strong relationship with the customers. This
will help the industry and the hotel to build a good mage in the minds of the customers which
will be further helpful ion gaining the more customer attention towards the place. Also the
managers can be more polite and the trustworthy people for the customers by improving in the
services of the pandemic.(Chen, Cheng, Edwards, and Xu,, 2020). This is the most common
and the important aspect for the hospitality industry to gain the more competitive advantage. The
another recommendation is that the organisation focus on the various aspects which can be
related to the health and safety of the customers. This can be related to the digital lock system in
the rooms of the hotel which is very much important in today's scenario and the camera quality
for the safety of the customers.(Kabir, and et.al., 2020). The tourism sector also need to develop
in the various discounts offers which will help in attracting the customers. The various vouchers
and the schemes which will allow the customer to avail the discount if the customer has visited
before to the hotel they can avail to those discount. This can have a huge impact after the
pandemic as there is rise in the prices and the customer will look for those facilities which is less
than the competitors. For the good services. The hospitality plays the vital role in attracting the
customers. (He,., Niu, , Sun, Z. and Li, 2020).
