project I also found that in this covid-19, most of the businesses are using digital technologies
and tools in order to identify the talent for operations and functions of companies. By use of
digital tools in business Amazon has been able to survive in this market. With overview of
literature review it is seen that there are some limitations of the obtained data in this research

project. Main limitation is that it does not represent statistics information regarding the
impact of covid-19 on business sector which is important to be determined. Another
drawback of data is that due to different perception of every individual it is not easy to make
decisions about final conclusion result. This has been critically analysed that have prepared

the research projects so that problem does not occur in future interval. With consideration of
literature review discuss in report it has been stated that it is necessary Amazon to be well
aware about market situation so that it become convenient to achieve business goals within
set time period. During this research I developed my confidence and research skills on the
