restriction on the travelling along with international tourist. International tourist are the one who
are there able to provide high economic benefit the country where they are travelling. There was
due to banning of international borders and travelling was no allowed and due to this there was
no business for airlines which leads to stand on airport (Levin, 2020). This creates high
maintenance after reopening of travelling and due to this there was huge loss to the airlines.
There was high loss on the economy which was due to impact of pandemic. There was also loss
in the revenue of travelling and the major cause was that due to not having proper information
about the COVID-19, there were no any business or say very less business which was there in
travelling industry. To keep traveller safe there were taken different measure which can help

Impact on Hotels and restaurants
Hotels and restaurants were so much impacted due to COVID-19 in tourism industry.
Hotel business is totally based on their service which should be better enough that customers
who are there can consume and get satisfied with their services. In service sector there was also
negative impact which is due to pandemic. There were no business for hotels and restaurants
which is due to not travel of people or tourist in town. This has created huge loss to the travelling
industry which was there only for attending and entertaining tourist by providing different
service for them to consume. To maintain distancing and creating crowd, there were different
measure have taken which can help to get better business (Impact Of Covid-19 On Tourism
Industry And Relief Measures, (2021)).
Interest for travelling in customer
Due to impact of COVID-19 there can seen that there are very less number of customer
interest in travelling and tourism. This is the one which is high effected the tourism industry in
which due to having fear of getting sick of COVID there are very less people who like to travel
and this fear leads to less number of customer for the tourism industry which is there in reason to
get loss in the profit. Due to impact of pandemic there was a time when people were to much
feared and no one was there who like to travel. This was able to lead for high loss in tourism
industry (Crushed by COVID-19, India's tourism sector can rebuild by renewing focus on
sustainable practices, (2021)).

in relation to provide safety against virus. In this, there is need of high expenditure there either in
travelling or there in hotel and restaurants. There is need to sanitise each and every place on

is there in business. Sanitisation is important and also time consuming process where there is
high requirement regarding safety of tourist and customers (COVID-19 and Tourism, (2021)).
