The sudden emergences for COVID-19 pandemic are dealing with sever blow to state economies
with business and workers. Human resource management have to look into the health care
capacity. HR have need to inform the different busines leaders on their path to respond and
recover and thrive up certain times. COVID-19 is causing up the high numbers of workers have
to look into the central role in keeping workforce engaged productive and resilient. HR leaders
have to turn up attentions towards recovering HR leaders putting the turn of attentions ensuring
the organization to pay up thrive.
Aims
To identify the challenges that COVID-19 has presented before the Human resource
department in workforce management in the retail sector of UK. A study on Argos for Research
Project Dissertation.

A research method is a strategy used to implementation with plan. There have to look
into research design and methods are considered to be different and closely related because the
