The purpose of the research study is to identify the certain impacts of covid-19 as

(Köhler, Smith and Bhakoo, 2022). Whenever it has been transformed the workplace through
digital technologies because it provide the better opportunity for employees such as remote
working, flexible working hours, Work from home options. These kind of changes are
inspiring or motivating people to achieve desirable goals and objective. The primary aim
of the study is to develop more understanding towards impacts of global pandemic and
analysed that how it will be -directly converting into workplace transformation. With the help
of study analysis, it will be gathering or collecting positive and negative aspects of global
pandemic across global world, especially concern about the workplace transformations.

Impact of the global pandemic on the workplace transformation.
According to Hou, Remøy and Putte (2021) the global pandemic impacts on the
business processes in positive or negative manner. After the pandemic, it has been increasing
the use of digital technologies because it helps to improve business capability and provide the
flexible working facilities for their employees. Without any doubt, all kind of enterprise
established with respect of their greatest strength, but somewhere it is majorly affected by the
global pandemic. With different sectors of closing the economies and suffered terribly. This
kind of negative impact on the business profitability as well as productivity.
Pataki-Bittó and Kapusy (2021) said that global pandemic such as covid-19 is
positively impact on the workplace transformation while encouraging the companies to adopt
digital technologies. In this way, it would be developing a virtual environment for employees
so that they can complete their business tasks at any place, anywhere. Due to the global
pandemic, it is obvious thing to inspire or motivate people where they were adopting
technical innovations and ensure the consistency of work flow management.

Research method- In this study, investigator will select qualitative research method in
order to collect relevant information from existing theories, models (Lê and Schmid, 2022).

is 30 employees of tesla.

the COVID has enabled organizations to adopt certain transformation so, their work
procedure can be performed in effective manner. On the contrary side Savić, (2020) has said
that, COVID has ensured the force over organization in terms of implementing
transformation. The major attribute that has been evaluated is that, in context of saving

Theme2: Reviewing positive & negative aspects of the global pandemic
As per the views of MA, (2020) Pandemic has critically benefited the workplace the
impacts are positive as well as negative. The major positive impact that has been assured by
the pandemic over the workplace are that, Due to pandemic, the organizations has adopted
the certain competitive and innovative strategies that can helps in expansion of the
businesses. Also, the training programmes at the workplace as been organized for the
employees. On the other hand, Pandemic has assured the loss to the organizations and created
negative benefits for them. Also, businesses has lost their ratio of exports and this has
impacted their performance.
Theme3: Measuring the situation of workplace during and after global pandemic
As per the views of Olokundun and et.al., (2021) the situation at the workplace during
and after COVID has been changed as at the time of pandemic, the workplace has been
impacted in negative manner as the operations of the businesses get pause due to lock-down.
Often, work from home policy has been introduced where the employees have to work from
the home. As a result, the impact has been made over the productivity level of employees.
After the pandemic, the business has been guided in terms of adopting the effective strategies
that can help business to adopt transformation at the workplace.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research type refers to the procedure of collecting data and it is mainly of two types
and those are qualitative and quantitative research type. Qualitative research refers to the
gathering of textual data. Whereas, quantitative research refer to the gathering of numerical
data. As per the suitability of this research, the researcher is using the qualitative type as it is
assuring higher relevancy in the research. Research approach refers to the systematic
procedure in terms of performing the task. This has been parted in two ways and those
Inductive and Deductive. In this research, the Inductive approach has been followed as it is
providing opportunity to researcher in terms of developing new theories in the context of
research topic (Allan, 2020). Research philosophy refers to the faith and belief of individuals
in society. This is of two types and those are Interpretivism and Positivism. The analyst is

using Interpretivism philosophy as it provides the platform in order to analyse the belief and
opinion of the people in relation of the research topic.
Data collection refers to the selection of the sources in terms of collecting data. This is
mainly of two types and those are, primary and secondary data collection. Primary method
refers to gathering data from the fresh sources whereas, secondary method of collecting data
involves collection of data from the secondary sources such as, books and journals. The
researcher is using the primary method for gathering data as it assures higher relevancy. The
data sampling has been done within using the probability method of sampling as this assures
equal opportunities to the participants and does not follow the subjective judgement elements.
30 employees of TESLA has been selected in terms of analysing the outcomes. Data
analysation refers to the method of interpreting the data. The researcher has used thematic
analysation over statistical analysation as the thematic analysation helps in creating different
themes and assures effective results (Braun and Clarke, 2021).
DATA INTERPRETATION
In this section, it has been conducting primary data analysis with the help of
questionnaires technique and targeting the respondent’s to gain more idea about the research
topic.
