difficulty while booking the vaccination slots they even don't know where the
test centres are.

People are not aware about the effects of vaccine and even they don't
know which vaccine is effective and have side effect.

disease (Mohd Hanafiah, Ng and Wan, 2021).

In order to overcome the communication barriers government must
implement few elements they are as follows:
It is necessary to make COVID patients feel known by proving them
critical information and solving their issues by removing barriers to
vaccine access.
Government must focus on keeping the digital front door wide open
as it helps people to communicate and share the information
regarding the vaccination.
Government must also provide easy access to health information of
customer and easier communication with COVID Centres in order to make
right decision for their health (Maqbool and Khan, 2020).
It is essential for the government to be genuine rather than
manipulative, they must provide true information to people
regarding the vaccine and COVID Centres. People must be aware
about the vaccine centres where they can get the shots of vaccine
easily without facing difficultly.
Government must provide information of COVID 19 in multiple
languages so that it can be understood by people with different
culture.
It is the responsibility of government to provide the positive as well
as negative impact of COVID 19 so that people can understand the
effects and get vaccinated.
Government must also boost the motivation level of people and
encourage them to get vaccinated in order to prevent from disease.
Conclusion
From the above information it is being concluded that government should
take preventive actions in order to prevent people from COVID. The crisis
