Title- The title of project is “To determine the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the business
management process in the workplace”. it means that identified the certain approaches in order
to handle the business management at the time of coronavirus. The research areas on the
organisational performance while identifying positive and negative aspect because of
coronavirus.
Research Question-
 What are the challenges faced by organisation in regards of business management during
Covid-19 pandemic?
Aim and Objective
Aim-
 To determine the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the business management process in

Objective-
 To identify the impact of pandemic covid-19 on the business management performance.
 To understand the positive and negative impact of covid-19 in the workplace.
 To determine the challenges faced by organisation due to covid-19.
Key areas to be focused upon
In this study, it is mainly focused on the business management during covid-19 pandemic.
Nowadays, it has been rapidly spreading covid-19 which may affect on the emotionally and
physically for many people (Boiral, Brotherton and Guillaumie, 2021). All corporate of society-
including employees and employers. These are playing important role in order to protect or
secure themselves. At some point, it is helping to prevent further spread of disease.
In today’s scenario, businesses must navigate in both financial and operational challenges
because of coronavirus while rapidly changing the needs of people, supplier and consumers. The
biggest companies are already focused on the critical situation of covid-19, and consider as no
regret actions to the emergence from pandemic stronger. The research topic is all about the way

in which understand business management during covid-19. That’s why, it is moved towards
crisis with a spirit of re-invention- accelerating the digital transformation. This is not helping to
establish a proper price or cost variable structure and implementing agile operations.
During pandemic, it has been changed the landscape, continuing to peak in some different
markets and returning in other forms. In context of business management, it become obvious
thing in which create or develop uncertainty, remain unchanged. Research areas is mainly
focused on the covid-19 which has been significantly developing a situation of economic
consequences globally. This is negatively face by enterprise in context of supply chain
management, it has forced factories to keep shut down, thereby disrupting the global network of
supply chain is affected.
In this research study, a major interest areas towards companies and businesses, which are
taking hits at starting of 2020 due to spread of virus. As result, it shows 80% are expecting a
revenue to take significant fall. Therefore, it can easily predict the revenue which fall of more
than 15% to 21% (Dwivedi and et.al., 2020). During pandemic, it is an essential aspect to
manage the business critical situation and ability to handle entire operational tasks. But it is not
easy to manage and control the entire business management in proper manner. So as it is
required to use new strategies by organisation and prepare for post covid-19 across global world.
