conferencing.

written notes.
Because of this communications it can have various effect than old face to face meetings(Bannier, Pauls and Walter, 2019).

priority of the senior management as a disgruntled employee or worker whose voice is not listened
and lost in company will lead to the quitting,protests and legal complications.
