For questionnaire , 20 samples of the employees of Rosewood hotel has been taken for the study

RECOMMENDATION
It has been recommended that organization should work on improving the
corporate and team culture in order to focus on improving productivity of company.
Develop modern work environment is suggested in order to use critical motivational
strategies, during flexible working hours every employee are expecting to get office
should be pleasured to work where they comfortable while eat lunch, work chill etc.
This is also recommended that on the employee’s portal it is necessary to praise
employee in front of other, so they feel motivated and improve their performance in
