management is related to the activities conducted within the organisation. It is essential that the
manager is able to manage all the activities smoothly in order to gain the competitive advantage
in the market. The business organisation involves the operations and management of various
activities and this is impacted by the several other external factors the tourism industry is the vast
in nature. This is dependent on the travelling of the people. After the pandemic this has changes
the whole system in the tourism sector and the mind set of the people.(Škare, , Soriano, . and
Porada-Rochoń, 2021). This report is based on the discussion of the impact of covid-19 on the

As it is been observed and identified that the covid-19 has impacted in the diverse way to
the whole world. The world wide pandemic have impacted the various aspect of the people and
the business organisation. It is observed that the pandemic have developed into many issues for
the organisation and as well as the standard of the living for the people in the society. It has
changed the perceptions of the people. If it is talked about the tourism sector in the United
Kingdom it is most most affected sector during the pentadic. The present situation have impacted
in the lives of the people. (Ram, , and et.al., 2022. )The coronavirus has lead to increase in the
death ratio of the people. This has increase in the death of the people because of the infectious
disease which has been cause by the spread of the virus. In this situation the people has a fear of
the catching virus and this impacted the various business organisations. This impacted in the
worldwide economy where the businesses were forced to shut down so that the virus can be
controlled. As this virus was spreading over because of the large gatherings and the movement of
the people from onbe country to the another country. The fear in the minds of the people have
banished for the tourism sector over the world. This has lead to decrease in the travelling and
impacted the losses for the tourism sector over the worldwide. The tourism sector lead to in
losses because this was the sector which was dependent on the people and the travelling of the
people from one to the other places. The coronavirus has made the fear in the people and this is

the most important concern of the matter. The large gatherings have impacted the spread of the
virus over the world. (Seraphin, and Dosquet, , 2020).
As it is been discussed that the tourism sector is one of the most affected after the
pandemic and crisis in the world economy. This is the biggest issue in the world where the
tourism sector was impacted because of the coronavirus and there is the fears in the mind of the
people. The tourism sector includes the various hotels and resorts which were closed in the
pandemic. It is been observed that there is the decrease in the demand of the travelling agencies
and the sector as the people are inside there homes and not ready to take risk for the lives. It is al
so observed that as the situation is becoming in favour of the people still people do not take risk
of travelling because of the several other issues. The health issues and the safety measures has
become the important aspect for the hotels and resorts. For example, the places which are
historical based and people come t travel for the enjoyment and and spent their leisure time. It is
the most important aspect for the hotels to take the safety measures in order to keep its customers
health safe. The most important thing for the tourism sector is the sanitization system in all the
areas which is been used. (Breisinger,, Latif, Raouf, and Wiebelt, 2020). The covid- 19 has lead
the fear of the virus which is imparting in the decrease in the demand of the travelling from one
place to the another. The another important aspect is the gathering which is most important. The
tourism sector need to focus on the welcoming of the people in the different style which will
attract customers. For example the tourism companies such as the Easy jet airlines industry need
to be focus on the cleanliness of the flights. This is the major considerations for the travelling
agencies that they take care of the hygiene issues at the top most priority in order to keep the
customers safe. The tourism sector need to take precautions in order to get back on the track after
the losses due to the pandemic. as the places were closed for the year this impacted the whole
industry and the organisation. The various hotel such as international continental group, Marriott
need to take care of the sanitisation because the customers top most priority is the safe after the
pandemic. The tourism industry is facing the several challenges which is of low occupancy. As
due to the global lock down due to which the industry has represented a low trend with low
occupancy of around zero to twenty percent and this is the key reason of loss for the industry.
The pandemic also impacted in the low spending of the people in their lifestyles the pandemic
have affected the businesses of the people which have lead to losses and this has decrees in the

income of the people. This has impacted the travelling companies as for them the main source of
the income was the travelling of they people. (Carr, , 2020).
It is re4commended that if the business organisations such as the hotel industry takes care
of the safety measures then they can overcome with the losses. As the after covid-19 the various
guidelines which need to be followed by the tourism industry,. The social distancing is one of the
most important for the companies t take care of it. It is very essential for the hotels and the
various business organisation to develop the digital technologies in order to attract customers and
keep the environment safe. (Pappas,. and Glyptou, 2021). The companies need to set up the
digitalisation in the hotels which can be of the self check in and out system which will be more
safer for the customers. Also it is important for the organisation to develop the sanitization of the
whole area. The another aspect which is the use of the digital payments while travelling is the
most important concern for the business organisation. The system, should be so strong that these
do not fail. Also the tourism sector need t regulate their policies and the strategies. Suppose if the
person has booked the flight tickets and in case there is any delay because of the spread of the
virus. Then the company should refund the amount of the customer. This will enhance in the
trust for the customer on the business organisation. The tourism industry needs to have a change
in their packages which should include the other facilities which can attract customer in order to
be competitive in the market. (Narayan, 2021).
CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that the impact of the coronavirus on the tourism
sector is the worse. The coronavirus has impacted the lives of the people and the economy. This
has impacted ion the ,losses for the various business organisation. The people are not able to earn
and buy the things after the coronavirus because this has impacted in the loss of the hob and the
security for many people. The tourism sector need to take care of the safety ,measures in order to
survive in the market. The most important things for the tourism sector is the sanitisation and the
cleanliness for the customers. As this will enhance is the safety for the lives of the people.. the
companies need to regulate their policies in order to attract customers. The company need to take
out the fear which is their in the minds of the people because of the large gathering. The hotels
need to include the self check- in and out system which can focus on the less contact with the
person.
