Covid-19 pandemic is most affected disease that affects the different people in different
ways. It is an infectious disease that caused many health issues in person specially affects their
respiratory system (Nhamo, Dube and Chikodzi, 2020). Due to this many people lost their lives
and some faced many difficulties to get recover from it. This crisis not only affected the health
and lives of the people but also the world economy. It is because in many countries, government
allowances lockdown where people are not allowed to came out from there house except
emergency cases. It would help government to decrease the spread of virus in the nation and
saved the lives of many citizens in the country. Due to which many industries and businesses
were remain closed for many times that create many problems in all over the world. In this
pandemic many company faced problems in order to manage their business performance. As
employees were not ready to come at workplace to perform their regular job (Hossain, Thakur
and Mangla, 2021). It was an important reason that affects the business performance of many
organisations in all over the world. Covid-19 pandemic not only affects the business performance
of companies some of them were gone on huge loss because their fixed costs increases and their
sales were few or zero. Due to this many company closed their business as they are not able to
survive in the market at that time. Covid-19 not only affects the business but also the employees
also. It is because many employees lose their jobs because company were not able to perform
their functions regularly in the organisation. There are many impacts that Covid pandemic create
on businesses and industries in all over the world. Thus, current research is conducted to analyse

carrying our a new research.
Research methodology- It is the third chapter of dissertation that highlights methods,
techniques, approaches that are used by the researcher to conduct the current research (Grelak,
2021). The researcher selects quantitative method in order to conduct the research as it helps in
collecting numerical information. Researcher also used SPSS software for statistical analysis.
Data analysis and findings- It is the fourth chapter of the dissertation to analysed and
discussed the the collected data in order to outline the findings of the research. This chapter is
