INTRODUCTION
The unexpected misfortune created several problems for each and everyone. COVID -19
has created a void in the lives of individuals and the world has become very uncertain.
Individuals are at a high risk and everyone wants to ensure their safety in order to protect
themselves and their families from the spread of the virus. People's professionals needs to
patiently deal with the employees feeling the fear and discomfort due to the epidemic and the
human resource department are facing numerous challenges and difficulties in order to align
their functions towards the same. In this following report, there is illustration about the strategies
and policies adopted by the Warrington hospitals in order to promote recovery of infected
individual as well as prevention and control of dangerous contagious virus (Tamara and
Tahapary, 2020). .

In this case, the patient is Donna Wall. She has minor symptoms at the starting as the

As a Health Care Assistant there were number of cases which were encountered by me at
the peak time of corona virus. I have experienced people were highly afraid and they were
suffering ample of circumstances which were associated with this disease. As this was time
where each person came together and handled the situation. In case of Donna Wall, the
confirmation test of Covid posses affirmative. The condition of patients were serious and rate of
mortality were high as compared to the initial time of spreading rates. Since there was absence of
vaccine of virus so it was prevented and controlled by us any another method. As the time
gradually increased the hospice beds were filled by patients who were Covid positive. It was
control and prevented through usual antibodies which were able to provide a immunity to a body
in order to fight against the disease. Among with this, other safety and security measures were

taken wearing mask, uses of hand sanitizers and maintaining social distance were mandatory out
side and in side of hospice. Warrington Hospital also taken a security measures which were in
favours of staff as well as t present patients in their hospitals. As placing each beds at accurate
distance in order to maintain distancing between them. Being a Health care assistant, I was
demonstrated guidelines such as before and after check-ups of patients, the first thing I have to
do cleaning my hands and mouth properly. Changing mask on daily and wearing mask every
time when exposure to patients.
Legal and ethical issues
The identification of ethical committees and development of institution and system level
policies are being allocation of health care department resources partially requires several inputs
for number of stakeholders. The valuable guidance was provided through physicians, nurses,
legal professionals, ethicists etc. during this time of pandemic. According to studies there were
some key action in order to over come some ethical challenges. The key actions were prepared
for expected pandemic related ethical challenges.
Creating and maintaining the dashboards for daily basis resource utilization. The defining
clinical category for the right method to forward the treatment which can be survival, recovery or
quantification. As in this period of time people were adopting a option to quarantine themselves
for 14 days or depends on the level an nature of virus. Other ethical issues which can be
considered as identification triage teams with keeping a category which majorly focus on clinical
skills, reputation of community, the quality of leadership as well as communication skills. The
determination of two basic teams can consider as improvisation in a ethical issues as due to the
cases the team were divided into two parts which care team and triage team.
Both provided guidelines were guided which state all the responsibilities and duties were
highly different from each team. Public engagement is also main issue which are suffered during
the time of pandemic. Communication is a very important element that helps in facilitating the
management functions of an organisation. The ongoing COVID-19 crisis has really impacted
the communication channels of business organisations and people professionalism the same are
also under pressure to carry out effective communication within the employees of the
organisation in order to reduce or eliminate any faults or errors associated with business
operations of the organisations. In addition as there was the option to adopt the policy which
was work from home as well. But it was applied in hospital sectors but there were some hospice

who offered health care professionals to adopt policy and as per the view, One of the major
issues faced by the health care was to handle the employees working from home. The transition
to remote work culture is not as easy as it seems. According to studies, there were 50 percent
industries and organisations which already had a remote work policy. As banking sector and
other industries did not encouraged remote work, but now all are adopting and rushing to build
remote work strategies. This had revealed many undiscovered problems.
Healthcare Management of remote work is not an easy task, various difficulties such as
ineffective work, poor performance, misinterpretation of the work assigned, poor network
connection etc. may arise due to the same and line professionals are expected to find an effective
solution for the same in order to run the operations of the business enterprises smoothly and
without any interruption and provide better assistance and care to people. For instance, IT and
software companies such as Microsoft require a lot of in office work and specifications in order
to monitor the current position of hospice from home. Well it is determined as not successful
policy. Due to partial activeness of health care professionals proved to be interrupt the skills and
work of hospice so it was technically disowned.
Legal issues
There are number of issues which were faced by health care department. Through the
corona virus Aid, relief as well as Economic security Act (CARES Act), has provided a critical;

which may include relevant and appropriate funds and a proper mechanisms which increase
Covid-19 testing as well as it may provide more medical resources and equipments, personal
safety equipment and supplies for doctors, hospice and patients. Among with these facilities, it
also forward the funding in order to improvise the protection for health acre workers such as
immunity providers drinks and performing in a particular role.
Other funding was designed and modified for providers through Public Health as well as
Social services emergency fund and the other big amount of fund has been provided through
them. The relaxation in loans, loan forgiveness and tax credits. There were consisted policies
which were concluded Reimbursement impacting provisions that may include expanding
reimbursement for health and rest other elements. Expanding of demonstration programs as well
as availability of grants and co operating agreements. The issues that can be conclude that
reporting and monitoring the number of obligations that are arises at the time of pandemic. The

like a backbone in this pandemic as they have confirmed to be supportive and a scope of people's

education, discharge, advocacy, counselling as well as case conferencing crisis intervention as
well as community outreach. As the role of social workers or healthcare professionals significant
in fu filing each basic needs of an individual. As they work and collaborate with a patient, family
members until and unless recovery is originated. The whole team address the emotional and
social issues that majorly impacts on health and well being. The significant role of healthcare
professional as various studies demonstrated that a health care professionals are useful and
beneficiary asset to a hospitality as they contribute assistance in chronic, acute, rehabilitation
interventions after the medical diagnosis and treatment of an individual.
Corona virus disease lead to face by serve respiratory problems syndrome and as per
estimated records. As the records gradually increased in number which can determi8ned in a
millions. As the manufacturing has on its strength, and there were about 12 medical social
services officers who cater support and care to each and every individual. The health care
professionals tend to be provide care and support which is meaningful as it demonstrated well

ethics of hospice are being followed by them. As in ICU wards health care professionals suppose
to provide their best level of assistance in order provide care and consultant them as well as
promoting their rate of recovery. As the corona virus, pandemic was crucial and complex for
every member in a globe. As per recorded data recovery cases were reduced as compared to
mortality cases. The situation of ICU wards are more complex as compared to normal rooms o0f
a hospital. The cases were observed to high risk factors which were in ICU wards. In order to
cater best assistance to patients who were ventilator were providing them foods, anti biotic
through pipes. Continuously monitoring were taken in order to update the health recovery charts

which were maintain by health care professionals to update and analysis the current position of
an individual.

Communication is essential and it is major key of learning and obtaining experiences.
People across the globe try to communicate and interact by using their own language. The people
generally learn other language in order to understand other countries people time management.
For example., in Indonesia people consider English as foreign language and try to learn English
in order to understand people and their culture, values and moral. It is most focused and aimed
area in many hospice. As the communication gaps can lead the a community to set a barrier
between them and can termed them as hybrid category.
In general, the process of communication and the intercultural communication in
particular basis, and for decoding of messages and the idea reflects people's personality.
According to studies there are several identities has been observed and it is concluded that each
individual debits number of dimension of identities, it is generally depend on the nature and
behaviour of social interaction. They bring comprehensive view and perspective and personal
relation to the each members of health care. Nurses play a vital role in their workplace. As the
role of nurses and health professionals are critical as they stay with patients from the stage of
disease till the date of recovery, Meanwhile they provide mental and physical support to them
through prescribed medicines, speech therapies etc.
Communication impacts and able to improve several outcomes as it is medium of an
individual or a person to express their thoughts and emotion. In Warrington Hospital, the gap is
being cleared through number of involved and social activities while Covid. As per to the
psychological studies it is concluded that expressing emotions and expressing feeling can lead
and promote to healing and recovery stages of patients. In addition, it can occupy mind set of
patients as well. Communication can be determined verbal and non verbal where an person who

care professionals as well as the professionals who were perennate at this time they do no
acknowledge management of time in a workplace. As the time management skills can help to
improve various number of factors that can be multi tasking, delegation, prioritizing, goal
setting, strategic thinking, scheduling etc.
time management can provide a better modification an can make a person to work in a
systematic way. As these are common skills which can a person may improve their skills in order
to attain learning, knowledge and can able to refine their skills. As the professionals who are
considered to be skilled who knows knowledge of each sectors and more over a person knows
how to response at critical and complex situations.
Working With Others
The model which can followed in order to improve the team work as interdisciplinary is
an important model for providing health care to patients. The work environment is maintained
and developed by each member and employees. The team work has given to preferred in many
sectors so as health care sectors appreciate this quality too. While other successful origination do
use innovative techniques and methodologies practices to clear and remove barriers between
employees, health care department seem to be adopt these innovative strategies slower than
others. Other known industries usually implement specifically in tech have gradually developed
varieties of strategies to better serve their loyal workforce which can able to bring an
enhancement in the experienced to their existing users.
Hence it is proved to brilliant and excellent idea for hospitals and other health care
services to simultaneously board and use some these management methodologies and practices
as these beneficial tools can raise result in bringing competitiveness to this following sectors.
Hence it is not compulsory but eventually it can provide a bit affects in working together. As per

studies, team work can be state as two inter independent co-workers interacting with each other
on common purpose. As taking care and giving appropriate assistance to an individual may
challenging it can not be accomplished in the absence of team work. Team work in health care
employees the practices of collaboration and can able to enhance communication to expand and
elaborate the traditional roles of health care workers towards common goal. As the common goal
of each professionals are being determined is to provide care and assistance as well as taking
initiative to control and prevent the disease and causes of illness(Santosh, 2020).
Working Independently
There are many situation in a work place where a person tend to do individual work as
well. The nurses and healthcare professionals have already typical and complex role where a
person should attentive and should take stand of his orb her own work. As the responsibility
which are guided to them are considered to be difficult. At the time training it is demonstrated to
them in a description that each member of health care sectors plays an individual role while
work.
Learners are increasingly being encouraged to take number of responsibility for their own
independent learning, analysation power and observing power etc. the learner can able to learn
number of outcomes which can be considered as to know hoe to use of resources in order to
support full study and learning (Platt and Warwick, 2020) . As per studies, there are number of
health care professionals who do not acknowledged the use and application of resources so as the
health care sectors are most likely to be challenging field where uncertainties chances can be
measured as negative so it is mandatory that individually each professionals should learn and
utilize at the time of emergency.
Critical Reflection and Evaluation of Own Learning
I am glad to have opportunity to learn and adapt number of skills which I have learnt
while during this research paper. I have also came to this conclusion that these are termed to be
basic skills as they can provide a benefits to me or any person personally. Most significant that I
have able to achieve is time management. It provide my schedule in a structural way and also
defined me a motive each day in order to spend my time in a productive manner. Time
management helped in my daily routine as well and by this I have also learnt to ability to manage
my work and my personal space too.

Another skills that I have learnt is problem solving. This is intellectual skills that I have
able to refine through this research. Earlier I was suppose to get disturbed whenever any problem
that occurred in many life but due this I have learnt that every problem have embedded solution
in it. As well as the associated skills in this following learning outcome can be determined as
decision making as well.
Reviewing and Challenging Policies Supporting Quality Care of Problematic Substance Users
As the substance users can be provide a better rehabilitation care plan. The problems are
faced from both side whether from an individual or through health practitioners as well. The
consumer of substances may feel cramps, pain in stomach, feeling to use substance whereas the
health professionals struggles many challenges to control the anxieties, force which are applied
by an individual. The care is provided by medication, meditation, activities which can indulge a
person in it. The extra attention is provided to an individual to attain the ability to control. These
skills helped me increase the abilities and refine the inner quality. I am glad that I have able to
achieve learning major outcomes that can occurred while in work or in daily life. As this provide
to learn the organising group work.
As I have able to attain the quality how to work in team work as the benefits of team
work can be concluded by may experience can be termed as it help me to reduce my as well as
other team members work load. By working in a team, there can be several number of ideas that
can one team suggest in case of emergency (Tamara and Tahapary, 2020). . Communication
skills also played a vital role in order to express my idea and thoughts it was mandatory for me to
interact a person or my team member to detail my view. The independence of working in
individual way can demonstrate and knowledge by this report. In health care sectors each and
every members do have equal duties and roles which he or she have act and play individually.
Although team work is compulsory but playing their role, serving their duties, providing
each and every members appropriate and relevant awareness, care and assistance. In addition it
helped me to attain the skills of updating information as for the basic records it has better to
update the information of a patient as well as there is concept which is tend to be important
which is honesty versus retain information which The members of family may react emotionally
when they get to know about their medical situations of their loved ones and they response
negatively not to share the information with patients, however it is a right of every patients to
know their medical conditions. It can conduct a emotional and touchy situations for family

members if withholding reports being shared with individual. Well it can become chaos for
nurses for deciding the medium to share information, particularly if it turns at odd with family
beliefs(Tamara and Tahapary, 2020). .
CONCLUSION
Social workers or health care professionals have been seen and considered to be a
category who are being valued least. The reason of this can be determined as they originate and
generate none revenue, as well as their efficiency and potential is not really describe and their
significant role and challenges faced by them while taking care of them can be misunderstood by
every person in this globe. As the attribution to number of factors that indulge social workers in
ability to articulate their valuable contribution. Well it has appreciated and motivated by many
ways such as writing blogs, spreading awareness of importance of health care professionals and
roles as well. During the time of pandemic it has been observed that the role of health care
professionals are significant and vital as they provide assistance and their hundred percent in
following ethical rules and policies to prevent and control the infection rather than adopting work
from home policy and value their own life. The risk factor can be measured in their individual
life equally as other were affected. According to estimated data, there were number of health
care professionals included who lead to mortality due to cause of corona virus.
