Project Plan: Evaluating the Impact of Covid-19 on Talent Management

The research identifies problems encountered during the project, such as limited reliable data and time constraints, and concludes with recommendations for future research and practice. The project emphasizes the importance of adapting to the changing work environment and prioritizing employee well-being to ensure long-term organizational success.
