Research methodology is defined as a process used primarily for the collection of data
and information for efficient business decisions. This helps to collect and analyze data to achieve
a positive outcome. This approach aims to demonstrate how research questions and issues are
effectively and consistently solved. The investigator can save time by addressing all the issues in
a timely and correct way. The methodology of study helps to explain the analytical behavior of
study. For any research that allows researchers to perform research in the best way possible,
research methodology plays a key role. The researcher used research onion in the light of current
study to efficiently carry out all research activities. The research onion was developed through

Research philosophy- It is assumed that this is possible to gather, analyze and use data
on phenomena. In particular, it requires different measures and the need for effective research
activities. It's the first step in the investigation process, which sets out clear directions and
directions for conducting entire research. Furthermore, research philosophy is seen as a
collection of principles and theories that will also help research goals and subjects in developing
knowledge (Mayhew and Anand, 2020). There is true knowledge on various phenomena that can
help overcome the problems in research. Interpretivism and positivism are two different kinds of
research philosophies.
Justification- For this investigation, the researcher will use interpretivism research
philosophy to determine predefined theory, in order to collect relevant information for the
research. The main reason to conduct this investigation is that it provides the detailed
investigation in the in- depth manner as it is more effective in providing the positive research
outcomes in significant manner.
Research approach- It is considered to be the successful plan showing a variety of
conclusions on the selection, analysis and interpretation of information. Study strategy also
provides researchers and their team members with appropriate guidance to conduct operational
research activities in such way as to provide help in achieving research priorities and targets. The
two primary categories of research approaches used through researchers are inductive and
deductive (Reisman and et. al., 2016).
Justification- In this analysis, inductive research approach has been used as it is based on
the qualitative research approach. The aim of this approach is to generate the meaning from data
set that gathered to determine the relationship and patterns. It does not prevent an investigator
from using the existing theory in order to formulate research questions.
