The similarities in both of the sources is that they both represented the data
regarding the vaccinations given to the people for the prevention of COVID-19 and
the differences between both is that in the first source, the data is given restricted to
UK people but in the other source, data was given regarding the vaccines in many
countries.
There is a comparison of the vaccine doses given to the people in different countries
but it also gives the facility to view the data of only a single country or more than the
same.

This can be observed from the above figure that In United Kingdom 37.90 million
people got vaccinated with one dose whereas in Israel, only 10.19 million people
got the first dose of vaccine.
On the other hand the United states, 171.48 million people got vaccinated. This
interprets that the highest number of people are vaccinated in United States then
comes the UK and then the least number of people are vaccinated in Israel.
