these two courses because we have been taught about how different strategies can be
developed in order to manage the change effectively and this is applicable to the enforcement
of the Covid-19 vaccination. On the other hand, the research is linked with “Managerial
Accounting and Finance” course because we have been taught about how the accounts as
well as finances within an organisation can be managed in an effective manner and hence, the
overall efficiency as well as revenues can be increased.
Also, it can be said that the research is of importance because it will help the readers

who working in a care home (Mbunge, 2020). The reason behind this was to ensure that the
responses that were gathered from the respondents, was effective as well as relevant. This
would help the readers in developing an effective understanding about the theme of the study
and ensuring that the results as well as conclusions are effective. Apart from this, the
respondents were given the option of withdrawing from the study when they felt like. Also,
the researcher has made sure that the structure of the study is systematic ad easy to
understand.
Potential Outcomes
The potential outcomes of this research will be that the readers will be able to gain a
better understanding of the topic as well as that they will be able to understand the topic
much more effectively. It can be stated that there will be a long-term impact of vaccination
enforcement for Covid-19. This is because it will not only safeguard the workers in care

people who work in care homes (Shepherd and Friedland, 2020). Also, there can also be

the staff. This is because they will be able to ensure that they live a healthier lifestyle. People
are leaving for their respective work, such as to care homes to ensure that the patients are able
to live a healhier as well as effective life. This has significantly impacted the way in which
their respective homes operate.
How to encourage people to apply for a job in a nursing home

advertisements should be published. This will help in capturing the attention of potential
