This research project investigates the role of talent management and effective training in addressing the negative impacts of COVID-19, focusing on Bloomsbury Coffee House in the UK. The research aims to assess academic literature on talent management in the hospitality sector, review the impact of COVID-19 on the UK hospitality industry, examine the role of talent management and retraining in the context of Bloomsbury Coffee House, and provide recommendations for the company to overcome these challenges. The study employs a positivism research philosophy and a deductive approach, utilizing a survey strategy and quantitative methods for data collection from both primary and secondary sources. The research also addresses ethical considerations, data storage, and security, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act. Ultimately, the project seeks to provide valuable insights into how talent management and training can help hospitality businesses navigate and recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
