• Business refers to the activity of buying,
producing and selling of products or
services in order to make money in
effective manner. For this presentation,
selected company is Cozy which is a start-
up of UK.

Different types of business organisation
• Business organisation refers to an entity which is formed to
carry a commercial enterprise in effective manner. In order to
established a start-up an entrepreneur should analyse kind of
business in which their business run that helps them to achieve
their goals in effective manner. In context of Cozy, different
types of business organisation are described below:
• Sole proprietorship- It is a most effective form business for
those organisation that has only one owner because there is no
legal distinction between owner and its business enterprise.

for its owners in order to form and maintain it in effective manner. Number of owners in the

partnership firms owners shares responsibilities, losses and profits effectively but in sole
proprietorship only one has authority to shared these.
