Dear Mr Smith,
XYZ building organization is pleased to offer you a chance to work with us as a full-time project
manager. You are expected to coordinate with different parties throughout the working period
properly. Among the parties, you are to work with our various clients. Apart from them, we also
have the contractors, architects, quantity surveyors, civil engineers, and other subcontractors
subscribing to the organization. Landers-on-Knees headed by the chief executive officer will be
the official employer through the working period.
At the start of working, you will be entitled to payments of 2000 dollars per month paid on the
