and McKimm, 2017). This source is used through questionnaire, personal interview, observation,
focus group, etc. For this study, personal source of information is questionnaire under which
some questions are asked with respondents about CPD. There is complete and specific way to
conduct study because this gives more accurate information. Researcher requires more time to
gather, organise and interpret this information. Secondary information is collected through online
sources which assist in creating base for conducting whole study. With the help of which
individuals are bale to understand and determine the concept properly and in appropriate manner.
Descriptive research design is used in this study with the help of which whole study will
be conducted with focusing on each and every aspect. When study justifies each and every
context, then researcher will ready to use it in future as well as secondary sources of information.
Sampling is the process through which some individuals are selected from whole crowd
and interpretation is provided by them on the basis of whole population. There are two methods
of sampling i.e. probable and non probable sampling (Andrews, 2017). In this study, simple
random probable sampling techniques is sued with the help of which reduces possibilities of
biasness because respondents are selected on random basis. 50 employees from BUPA are
selected because they have exact and relevant information about understanding it.
This is the study covers all the aspects of ethics and reliability because appropriate and
specific information is presented in this. Interpretation is based on information which is exact
and collected from authentic sources. All the sources which are used by researcher are accurate
and specific because of understanding and evaluating changes properly. Reader will also get
correct and exact information about CPD program. There is limitation of cost for conducting this
study. Researcher requires different resources such as stationary, internet connection,
membership card, proper place to conduct study, etc. with the help of which study can be
completed in appropriate manner. For all these resource expected budget set by researcher is less
because of lack of financial resources (Chapman,Chipchase and Bretherton, 2017). But
